We are now into our second year of ICD-10. Be aware that the new set of codes with additional, revisions and deletions went into effect on October 1, 2016. Don’t forget to check your Medicare Administrative Contractor’s (MAC) website to see if they made any changes to your Local Coverage Determination (LCD) on or around October 1, 2016.
